Summary

X-Play has spent days trapped in a room, doors chained shut, nobody able to hear us or help us. We’ve been plagued by terrible nightmares, and we just discovered a hole in the bathroom wall that couldn’t have been made by human hands. To make things ... (more)worse, the toilet is looking really strange. With our nerves nearly shattered, we can’t stay silent about our experiences here. Silent Hill 4: The Room has terrible secrets, but most of them are worth discovering. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Resident Evil, the series which all but single-handedly invented survival horror, is making a comeback. And despite recent stumbles for the franchise like Outbreak, its newest rendition should, by all rights, scare joystick junkies senseless. We go hands-on with a beta build in hopes of discovering just how terrifying the tale really is. Get your Dungeons & Dragons buddies together -- they’re going to dig this one. Of course, since only one person can go adventuring at a time, they’re just going to have to watch you play. At least it’s an impressive sight to behold, what with majestic soaring dragons and lush, mildew-filled dungeons and all. Join X-Play as we remember the good and bad of Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone. Take some Diablo, stir in a helping of Phantasy Star Online and throw in a touch of Animal Crossing, and you've got Monster Hunter from Capcom. This PS2 exclusive drops you into a primitive world where humans and monsters coexist. But not peacefully, mind you. Plus, X-Play checks out the top ten scariest moments in games. Tune in tonight!
