Max changes the grades on his report card and is moved into an advanced class, at first only to annoy Phoebe and win the class over, but the two butt heads to stay in the class and win the Math Bowl. Meanwhile Hank, Nora and Billy try to catch a news... (more)paper thief, and learn that the culprit might be more closer to home than they think.
