Masterpiece Theatre Rose is on a crowded London bus while taking a cake to a friend of Mrs. Bridges, when an Australian sheep farmer falls into her lap and onto her cake, ruining it. The two hit it off and after a week of outings, Rose invites Gregory to Eaton Place for tea and to meet her "family". Mrs Bridges is charmed by Gregory, but Hudson is skeptical. Gregory proposes marriage to Rose in front of the staff and Rose accepts.
