Just when a new beachfront hotel named Santa Monica Shores Hotel is about to open, someone is murdering some people. All the witnesses say that he is a freakish looking man. Therefore, he does some investigation of his own and finds out that the senator, who will speak at the ceremony, knew all the victims. The victims are Victor Polson whom got killed on his boat and later was recovered in the water by Jill, Arnold Anderson whom got killed at the construction site and Mary Polson whom gets killed on the beach right in front of Craig and Eddie. At a party hosted by senator Hastings, the murderer arrives and takes Gina hostage. Mitch, Craig and Eddie follow him and they are able to capture him.
