The teams must revamp the menu of Mel's Diner on Sunset Boulevard by putting a new and unique spin on three classic diner foods. They will cook their dishes and then, in old-school, diner fashion, dress the part with outfits, roller skates, paper hat... (more)s and hairnets to serve to customers inside the restaurant and in their cars. In the end, the customers decide the winners of the competition, leaving two celebrities to compete in the elimination challenge.
