Summary

Masterpiece Theatre Jeeves does not approve of Bertie's new, bossy fiance - Lady Florence Craye - author of "Strength Through Willpower". During a weekend party at Totleigh-in-the-Wold, Florence orders Bertie to steal and destroy a manuscript contai... (more)ning the memoirs of her uncle, Sir Watkyn Bassett; which could prove scandalous to everyone in his life, including herself and Madeline Bassett. Wooster manages to steal the manuscript and gives it to Jeeves, who as always knows best. Meanwhile, Stephanie "Stiffy" Byng, who is producing the village entertainment for the party, continues to flirt with "Gussie" Fink-Nottle, much to Madeline's displeasure.
