Ryan and Ashley purchased their home when Ashley was a few months pregnant. Though it was in a desirable neighborhood, it was the worst house on the block and they were able to get it for a great price. Ryan is feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work and thinks it is just time to go, however Ashley feels strongly that with a little more work this can be their forever home.
