When Darlene bought her home two years ago, daughter Jade was away riding horses for a living. But following some monetary issues, now 21-year-old Jade decided to move home and help with her mother's mortgage. Jade on the other hand wants to move to a new home that is closer to downtown and her desired lifestyle. Entering the scene are competitors Hilary and David, each with a different plan to help the family out. Designer Hilary and her team will conduct renovations in order to convince Jade to stay.
