The contestants face their final test and the one they've all been working towards - making their best three-course menu. They have two hours to prepare, plate and serve three sumptuous courses full of flavour, flair and talent, showing everything they've learnt during the competition. The three flaunt their skills with dishes which include courgette soup, steak and kidney pudding and duck and blackberry jam. For dessert there's a tart tatin, coffee and chocolate mousse and raspberry cheesecake. Who will make the judges swoon and smile? Which of these talents will triumph and take the trophy? It's a flavourful finale to the series and after all the culinary excitement John and Donal must make their final decision.
