Chase DeLuca, an enterprising 24-year-old, makes his living as a computer consultant, but his real passion is music. He has enjoyed his folks' hospitality, but at 24, he really feels it's time to leave the nest. He has a budget in the $500,000 to $600,000 range. Because he hopes to have several roommates to help with the mortgage, he hopes to get at least four bedrooms, three baths and 2,000 square feet.
