Yu Tosaki’s assistant, Izumi Shimomura, questions Kei’s sister Eriko who tells her of the time Kei saw a Black Ghost when their dog died. Suddenly a Black Ghost appears and kills Izumi Shimomura and the police officers before her eyes.
