Unburying themselves from the rubble their entry has caused, the Straw Hats are greeted by Fukurou. He tells them that in the tower, including himself, there are five CP9 members, each carrying a key, one of whom unlocks the sea stone handcuffs on Ro... (more)bin. He also tells them that Lucci and Spandam have already taken Robin to the Gate of Justice. The Straw Hats split up. Luffy chases after Robin, while the rest pursue the keys. Meanwhile, Chimeney and her pet rabbit Gonbe find a secret passage. As they explore it, their attention is caught by the villainous laughter of Chief Spandam.
