I think it can seem extreme,” Dubin tells 48 Hours Correspondent Susan Spencer.“But in the event of a chemical or biological emergency, I don’t want to wait for the Feds to send in the antibiotics and masks to get help. I don’t feel like waiting on line with my child and husband for a mask; it might be too late by then.”
